Truck hits riding mower, killing one and injuring another

A 45-year-old Hernando, Fla. man crossing a Citrus County highway on a riding lawn mower Friday night died after he was hit by a pickup truck. His passenger was injured. The riding mower’s driver, Rex Siglin, 45, was attempting to cross State Road 200 from the west shoulder down East Brave Lane in Citrus County, a Florida Highway Patrol report said.
