Mr. Fuller has been practicing law for more than 30 years. During the course of his expansive career, he has been involved in all aspects of personal injury litigation. He has tried over 80 cases to verdict before a jury, as well as dozens of others before a judge. Prior to joining Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, he served as an attorney for a major, multibillion-dollar insurance company for more than 12 years. He knows how insurance companies and adjusters analyze cases. All of this experience, including experience on both sides of the aisle, is tremendously beneficial to the firm’s clients.
Throughout the last decade, while working for Fran Haasch Law Group Accident & Injury Lawyers, Mr. Fuller has recovered more than a dozen seven-figure settlements for the firm’s clients. He is not afraid to aggressively represent his clients and do whatever it takes to get the liable insurance company to do the right thing by paying injured victims the full, fair amount they deserve. Mr. Fuller finds the most rewarding aspect of his job to be successfully securing a favorable result in even the toughest of cases.
Mr. Fuller is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Florida. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 30 years, Susanne, as well as his son, Reed, who is also a licensed attorney in Florida. He remains an avid hiker. He regularly climbs 14ers in Colorado, meaning mountains taller than 14,000 feet. He is also a registered Adirondack 46er, having climbed all 46 peaks over 4, 000 feet in the Adirondack Mountains in Upstate New York
